As Movement Evolution Performance aims to help develop young athletes and sports stars to be the best they can be, we recognise the importance of working in conjunction with local sports clubs and programmes to best support these young people.   We offer support to all sports clubs and organisations to best develop the physical preparation of club members and trainees.  This support can include anything from consultation and recommendation report; delivery of one off sessions; fitness testing; or fitness and multi-sport camps.  A needs analysis of both the sport and the age and stage of development of the participants in question would be conducted prior to any activity being delivered.
