Our "Pop Up" activities are a perfect chance to experience Movement Evolution Scotland activities.  We aim to offer fun and valuable movement experiences in a location near you.  A chance to get outside, have fun with friends, try new activities, learn new skills and maybe even come back for more!!

"POP UP" TOUGH MONKEES

OBSTACLE SESSIONS

Our "Pop Up" Tough Monkees Obstacle Sessions are 60 minutes in length and focus on developing FUNdamental movement skills through fun and games AND the travelling Tough Monkees obstacle course!

"POP UP" TOUGH TRAIL BLAZERS
OBSTACLE SESSIONS

Our "Pop Up" Tough Trail Blazers Obstacle Sessions are 60 minutes in length and takes  some of the components from the Tough Monkees Obstacle Course and ramps it up a notch, with fun and games and some head to head obstacle racing as well. Perfect for developing athletic skills.

"POP UP" PARKOUR SESSIONS

Our "Pop Up" Adventurers Parkour Sessions focus on teaching and developing FUNdamental Parkour skills including Safety Rolls, Height Drops, Pres and Strides, and Safety and Speed Vaults to our Adventurers age group.  Click here for more information on the Movement Evolution Scotland age groups.  

 

Our "Pop Up" Introduction to Parkour Sessions focus on teaching and developing FUNdamental Parkour skills including Safety Rolls, Height Drops, Pres and Strides, and Safety and Speed Vaults. They cover Level 1 and Level 2 of our Parkour Syllabus.  These sessions are available for our Explorers and Trail Blazers age groups.  Click here for more information on the Movement Evolution Scotland age groups.  

 

Our "Pop Up" Parkour Improvers Sessions cover Level 3 and Level 4 of our Parkour Syllabus focus on teaching and developing an individuals Parkour skills including Dive Rolls, Kongs, Redirects to Pres on beams and rails and a small amount of acrobatics.  These sessions are available for our Explorers and Trail Blazers age groups.

"POP UP" SKATEBOARDING SESSIONS

Our "Pop Up" Introduction to Skateboarding Sessions focus on teaching you the Skateboarding basics of stance, balance, pushing and turning. To allow you to safely pursue the Freespirit Sport of Skateboarding. Led by a qualified and experienced coach.

These sessions are available for our Adventurers, Explorers and Trail Blazers age groups.  Click here for more information on the Movement Evolution Scotland age groups.  

Our "Pop Up" Skateboard Improvers Sessions are suitable for those who have already one or more Introduction to Skateboarding classes and can confidently push off, tic-tac and complete some small turns.  Our qualified and experienced skateboard coaches will develop these skills further with fun and challenge in equal measure.

We aim to encourage respect for others and for one’s environment, self-expression, and the importance of play, discovery and safety at all times. Skateboards will be provided for participants if required. Participants should bring their own helmets (bike helmets are suitable, we will have a small amount available if required).

"POP UP" ROLLERSKIING SESSIONS

Our "Pop Up" Rollerskiing Sessions will introduce you to the sport of Rollerskiing teaching you the basics of stance, balance, skating and turning. Led by a qualified and experienced coach. If you don't know what Rollerskiing is check out the video below.

These sessions are available for our Explorers and Trail Blazers age groups.  Click here for more information on the Movement Evolution Scotland age groups.  To book, please read the following information carefully as the booking system is slightly different to our usual sessions due to equipment allocation.

1) Add your name to the class waiting list you wish to attend.

2) Complete the Rollerskiing Equipment Form.

3) If there is a space and equipment available you will receive an email allowing you to make payment and confirm your space.

"POP UP"
FAMILY FREESPIRIT SPORTS SESSIONS

The Freespirit Sports Family Day is an opportunity for the whole family to try two fantastic Freespirit Sports, Parkour and Skateboarding.

 

We will be running two sessions on the day, morning and afternoon, and you will get to try both activities, whichever session you book into.

All participants (adults and children must book in to the session if they wish to participate).  

These sessions are suitable for those in Primary 1 upwards, children can participate without an adult if they wish.
