We're excited to be running three separate Movement Evolution Performance Summer Camps this year. These camps are designed for youth athletes by our expert coaches and will include:
Speed and Change of Direction training, important for all athletes in particular those playing evasion sports such as football, rugby, basketball and netball.
Strength training relevant to the age, stage and training age of the athlete, important for performance improvement and injury prevention.
Athletic Skills games and challenges, in order to support the development of all round athleticism.
Two Performance Lifestyle workshops, to introduce additional controllable factors that can impact sporting performance, such as rest and recovery; nutrition; and psychology and mindset.
